Enterprise Rent-A-Car Denmark is looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic team at Copenhagen Airport.

The position as Rental Sales Agent is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week with rotating working hours.

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to become a key member of our team. You will play an important role in ensuring the best possible service for our customers.
You will be a strong contributor in helping us reach our departmental goals, including achieving high customer satisfaction and high employee satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
  • Vehicle returns and damage inspections
  • Handling customer inquiries and service cases via email
  • Damage management, including communication with customers and workshops
  • Various administrative tasks

You have experience with:

  • Sales and customer service
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Rotating working hours, including weekend shifts (opening hours daily between 06:00–24:00, with work every second weekend)

We expect you to be:

  • Best in class at SERVICE and capable of selling
  • Outgoing and collaborative
  • Proactive with a winning mentality
  • Danish is not a requirement
  • Initiative-driven – you take on the next task before being asked 😊
  • Strong in communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions – we work both indoors and outdoors
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license and able to present a clean criminal record
  • Knowledge of cars is not required
