We are now looking for a skilled and committed Financial/Business Controller for our Premium division, which operates in Stockholm and Malmö. You will be part of the Controlling team and work closely with the local operation in Stockholm, and our Finance Business Partner and the other Retail Controllers. The Controlling team consists of seven controllers based in Denmark who are responsible for supporting the business with financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

 

You will primarily work at Stockholm, but you can expect some travel to Malmö/Copenhagen.

In this role, you will collaborate widely with internal and external stakeholders, including the management of Premium Sweden, business partners, the accounting department in Denmark, public authorities, and local auditors.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Controlling and monthly closing of your assigned areas/companies
  • Preparation of monthly reports and management information
  • Support to business partners on various projects, e.g., business cases, digitalization, and other optimizations
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the business and business partners
  • Assistance in preparing the annual report
  • Ad hoc analyses and tasks as needed

 

As part of the team, you will also function as a backup for your colleagues, ensuring continuity and support across all projects and tasks.

 

 

Your profile

  • You have a relevant degree in finance/economics, e.g., Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing, or similar
  • You have a background in auditing from one of the Big Four auditing firms, or at least 5 years of experience as a controller in a larger company, preferably within the automotive/retail industry
  • You have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems and Excel
  • You are analytical, structured and detail-oriented
  • You are proactive, independent and solution-oriented
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills across various stakeholder types
